    End User License Agreement (EULA)

    Effective Date: February 14, 2026

    This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you and NYY Studio ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website and mobile applications (the "Apps"). By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these terms.

    1. License Grant

    We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you, subject to the rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

    2. User Conduct & Content

    For social or interactive apps (e.g., Heads Up Israel, מה המילה?):

    • You agree not to use the Apps to create, upload, or share any content that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
    • We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

    3. AI Features & Accuracy Disclaimer

    For AI-driven applications (e.g., SnapRecipe, Recipe Scan):

    • Accuracy: Our Apps use artificial intelligence to generate content (e.g., identifying ingredients or suggesting recipes). We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or nutritional completeness of this information.
    • Safety Warning: Always verify ingredients for allergens or health risks before consumption. NYY Studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of AI-generated recipes.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All rights, titles, and interests in the Apps, including code, design, graphics, and original content, are and will remain the exclusive property of NYY Studio.

    5. Termination

    The license is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Apps and delete all copies.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYY Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
